  Carlos came to the rescue! I was stuck at my house in Sanibel Island at the mercy of an island lock smith. That guy attempted and gave up and still charged me! Told me I had to order a new key
  through dealership. Called a few more Lock Smiths and no one was helpful. I called Carlos back who said he was very far from me and would have to charge more and recommended some closer companies.
  Those companies could not help and the island guy was a dud. I was really sinking thinking I would never get in my car. Then a little voice said " call Carlos back". Sure enough he could sense I was
  a little panicked. He told me it may take a little bit he would come out today. That was music to my ears when I was thinking it would be a week or longer before I could get a new key. Very
  professional and confident he would get into the car and he did within 5 minutes! Thank you Carlos!

  I'm encredibly thrilled with the service Carlos has provided our family. He is prompt, responsive, reasonably priced and most importantly a good person. He is always on-call 24 hours so "scheduled" appointments my move up or back a bit but it's well worth it. Carlos has worked on our condo and my mother-in-law's place.   I’m so very grateful for the kindness I received this is truly a great company my son left his car keys in Indiana and was in Fort Myers he had flown home from the weekend it was close to one in the morning and I had talk to Max who told me that he would definitely be able to help us out ! He even went so far to call me after he had made a key for my son and helped him along his way he called to let me know that he had finished and that he was safe !
